Unity and Lumsden met in a round robin game at the Saskatchewan Midget AA Tier 1 Provincial Championship Saturday, July 28. Lumsden won the game 8-5.
With Unity losing their second game of the round robin series later in the day to the NW Prairie Pirates, 8-6, Unity does not advance to the playoff rounds. Lumsden plays in a semifinal at 12:30 July 29 and the gold medal provincial championship games goes at 3:30 July 29 at the Unity ball diamonds.
