RCMP Reports for June 5 to 11

UNITY SK RCMP REPORTS for June 5 to 11, 2018

RCMP received a complaint of theft of fuel and tools from a rural farmyard near Unity, Saskatchewan. This matter is still under investigation.

Members assisted Saskatoon Police Services in attempting to locate an individual. The individual was no longer in the Unity area.

Members acted as mediators in an dispute between two individuals.

Police received a report of an abandoned trailer in Unity. The property owner was advised they could have it towed from their property if they wished.

RCMP received a report of impaired operation of a motor vehicle but it was unfounded.

Police received another report of impaired operation of a motor vehicle. Members patrolled but could not locate the vehicle.

A 67-year-old male from Unity was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle during a traffic stop. The vehicle driver was also issued a traffic ticket.

RCMP received reports of several power poles blown over between Scott and Tramping Lake during a storm. Members advised SaskPower.

There were also two false 911 calls, one traffic complaint and one false alarm.
