UNITY SK RCMP REPORTS for July 21 to 27, 2015

RCMP received a report of a grass fire near Unity SK on Highway 14. Unity Fire Department extinguished the fire.

Police received a complaint of individuals starting a small fire in a back alley behind a residence. Members patrolled but could not locate any suspects.

Members executed a warrant for Estevan Police Service during a traffic stop.

RCMP received a report of a male lying on Highway 14 west of Unity. Members located the individual and transported him to Unity Hospital for assessment. He was later transported to North Battleford Hospital by members at the request of the physician.

There was a complaint of a barking dog. The owner was warned to keep the dog inside the residence to prevent further complaints.

Police received a complaint of harassing text messages. This matter is still under investigation.

CN Police reported a crossing arm malfunction near Senlac. Reported for information purposes.

There was a complaint of quads driving dangerously at Suffern Lake, Saskatchewan. Member unable to attend due to attending a high priority call. No further issues.

There was also one false 911 call.
