UNITY SK RCMP REPORTS for August 28 to September 3, 2018
CN Police reported a non-functioning railway crossing light in Unity, Saskatchewan. Reported for information purposes.
An individual located a fire extinguisher in a back alley and turned it into RCMP.
RCMP received a complaint of theft from a rural yard near Unity. This matter is still under investigation.
Members assisted Winnipeg Police Services in locating an individual. The individual is no longer in the Unity area.
Police received a complaint of a hit-and-run causing damage to a vehicle. Reported for insurance purposes.
RCMP received a complaint of assault but the complainant declined to lay charges.
There was a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries.
Members acted as mediators between a landlord and tenant.
Police spoke to CN Rail regarding a report of train cars left on a rural portion of the train track. CN Rail was aware and were working to correct the issue.
Members acted as mediators in a family dispute.
RCMP received a complaint of theft. There are no suspects at this time.
Members are investigating a report of damage to a vehicle.
There was also one false alarm.
