UNITY SK RCMP REPORTS for May 2 to 8, 2017
Unity RCMP provided seatbelt presentations to Grade 4 and 5 students at the request of the Unity Agriculture Society.
There was a complaint of a hit-and-run causing damage to a vehicle. Reported for insurance purposes.
Police received a complaint of a stolen truck. The truck was recovered undamaged in a rural area near Unity. This matter is still under investigation.
RCMP received a complaint of damage to a vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a Mental Health Act complaint. The individual was located and transported to Unity Hospital for assessment.
Police received a report of damage to a truck. This matter is still under investigation.
RCMP received another Mental Health Act complaint. The individual was transported to Unity Hospital for assessment and then was later transported to North Battleford Hospital for admittance.
There were also two false 911 calls and one traffic complaint.
